EP 46 // Back To Basics: 10 Free Ways To Improve Your Health

As humans we sure tend to complicate things don’t we?

Our family is back after two mini summer vacay’s away and if you know, you know. It requires a lot of energy and intention to pack, travel, unpack …. and do it all over again.

After our last one I was feeling whooped from having too much fun.

So it really got me thinking about a challenge I have heard many times over the years from my clients or even my besties. Why does it have to cost a lot of money to be healthy?
